We welcome Brett Barrett to the position of North America Sales Director. Brett comes to Neways with over 20 years of executive experience in sales and marketing. He has worked in our Direct Selling industry for many years and has worked closely with distributor leaders with much success. Brett understands the importance of partnering with our distributors and building a solid business together.

Mandy Cloward
Retention Manager/ Call Center Manager
Mandy has been working with Neways quite a few years—ten to be exact. Neways has become such an amazing fit for her and her family.
She enjoys the many relationships she has forged with distributors, coworkers, and the many other people she has come in contact with through Neways. She feels like Neways presents new challenges and opportunities for all of us, and she loves going home at the end of the day knowing that what she’s done has made a difference.
Her top favorite of the Neways products is the Rebound™ After-Sun Lotion. “It’s a must have for the summer time!”
Mandy’s biggest hobby is her children. They keep her extremely busy, but when she does have free time she loves four-wheeling, working in the yard, horseback riding, and any other outdoor activity.
Mandy gives this advice to Neways distributors: Be genuine in all you do. When you have a genuine interest to help others succeed, your efforts will be rewarded.

Megan Grover
Administrative Assistant
Megan is a new employee to Neways. She has been here since September of 2006 and greatly enjoys her job. She loves that every day brings something new and different to focus on. Since she’s been here, she has started using many of the products. Her favorite thus far is the Indulge™ Bubble Bath and Cascading Skin Infusion™.
Megan was recently married in February 2007 and spends much of her leisure time with her new husband. They enjoy watching college sports and playing softball and basketball together. She also enjoys scrapbooking, reading, exercising, and traveling with family and friends.
Megan attended the University of Utah on a full academic scholarship and graduated with honors from the David Eccles School of Business.
Her advice to distributors is that attitude and belief are everything in this business. If you truly believe in yourself and Neways, then you will be successful. Be positive about success, and you will figure out how to make it happen.
